Noova HR shows companies how candidates think before they decide who to interview.
We created the brand, the web app, the website and the investor deck, and built the AI technology behind the screening: a 20-minute voice interview that turns every answer into a comparable cognitive report. Each candidate gets thinking and ego metrics, an offer-fit score, strengths, risks and suggested interview questions, so a team needs 67% fewer interviews per hire.
The website takes HR teams from the problem to the product: four steps from application to shortlist, who it is for and three simple plans.
The deck tells the same story to investors, from market size and pricing to traction and the road to Series A, in the dark interface language of the product.
